Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (General Principle)

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

2. IMPORTANT EXCEPTION (Custom Products)

⚠️ Attention: The majority of products sold on PlaqueStick are manufactured on demand.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

• Example: Stickers with a specific department number chosen by the client, stickers with custom text, or specific logos.

Consequently, returns are not accepted for custom-made adhesives, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (see Article 5).

3. Return Conditions (For eligible products)

If your product is eligible for return (accessory or non-customized product), the following conditions apply:

• The product must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).

• It must be new and unused (a sticker peeled from its backing or stuck will not be taken back or exchanged).

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.

4. Return Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal (on eligible products) or report a problem, please contact us beforehand:

We will then communicate the procedure to follow. Any return made without contacting us beforehand may be refused.

5. Defective Products or Order Error

If you receive a defective product (printing problem, cutting) or one that does not correspond to your order (error on our part):

1. Contact us by e-mail at contact@plaquestick.com within 72 hours of receipt.

2. You must attach a photo of the defect or error.

3. If the defect is validated by our workshop, we will proceed with a new manufacturing and shipment at our expense, or a full refund, according to your preference. You will not have to pay return shipping costs.

6. Refund Deadlines

In the event of a valid return or compliant cancellation, the refund will be made via the payment method used during the order (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 14 days following the receipt of the returned products or the validation of your claim.
