Terms of sale
Preamble
The Seller carries out an activity of creation and sale of adhesives and personalized products (PlaqueStick) intended for consumers, marketed via the website www.plaquestick.com.
Article 1: Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of Products offered by the Seller.
Article 2: General Provisions
These GTCS apply to all product sales made through the Seller's website www.plaquestick.com. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable GTCS are those in force on the date of payment of the order. The Client declares to have read all of these GTCS and accepts them without restriction or reservation by checking the box provided for this purpose before the validation of their order.
Article 3: Price
Product prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (VAT included at the current rate) on the order page, but excluding specific shipping costs. Customs duties or other local taxes may be payable for shipments outside the European Union. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of the Seller but of the Buyer (declarations, payment to competent authorities). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of order validation.
Article 4: Conclusion of the Online Contract
To place an order, the Client must follow a series of steps: information on the characteristics of the product, choice of the product and its options, indication of contact details, choice of delivery method, and validation of payment. The contract is deemed concluded at the time of confirmation of payment.
Article 5: Products and Services
The essential characteristics of the goods and their respective prices are made available to the buyer on the site. The Seller undertakes to honor the client's order. As products are made to order, the notion of "stock" does not apply in the same way as for a standard reseller (see Article 8). Illustrations or photos of products offered for sale have no contractual value (colors may vary slightly depending on screens).
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons. ⚠️ EXCEPTION FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Example: Stickers with personal text, a specific department number outside the standard catalog, or an image provided by the client). For standard non-personalized products, the return is at the Client's expense.
Article 7: Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Client during the order.
7.1. Delivery Methods and Rates: The Seller offers two shipping methods via La Poste (rates indicated at checkout):
-
Standard Delivery (Lettre Verte): This method is FREE for standard orders (Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, and DOM-COM).
-
Warning: This economical shipping method does not include a tracking number. By choosing this option, the Client accepts that no traceability will be possible in the event of a postal delay.
-
-
Tracked Delivery (Lettre Suivie): This method is offered as a paid option. It allows the Client to follow the routing of their item thanks to a tracking number communicated by e-mail upon shipment. This option is recommended for greater security.
7.2. Deadlines and Delays: The total receipt time includes the manufacturing time (see Article 8) + the postal delivery time. Once the item is handed over to La Poste, indicative delivery times are generally 2 to 5 business days for Metropolitan France. In the event of a delivery delay exceeding the indicated deadline, the Client has the option to resolve the contract under the conditions and terms defined in Article L. 216-2 of the Consumer Code. The Seller then proceeds to reimburse the product.
7.3. Tracking and Customer Service: For any question regarding the tracking of their order, the Client can contact Customer Service:
-
By e-mail: contact@plaquestick.com
-
By telephone: +33 6 66 72 46 03 (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm).
-
Via the contact form available on the site.
The Seller reminds that at the moment the Client takes physical possession of the products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to them. It is up to the Client to notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the delivered product.
Article 8: Manufacturing and Availability
Unlike classic e-commerce sites, PlaqueStick operates on an artisanal made-to-order model. We do not manage stock of finished products, which guarantees the Client a high-quality, freshly printed adhesive.
8.1. Production Process: Orders are grouped and launched into production in weekly sessions (generally at the end of the week). Consequently, a preparation time of 5 to 8 business days is necessary between the validation of the order and its shipment.
8.2. Exceptional Unavailability: In the event of a technical impossibility to manufacture an item (machine breakdown, raw material shortage) resulting in a delay greater than 10 business days, the Client will be immediately informed. The order for this item may be cancelled upon simple request. The Client may then request a credit for the amount of the item or its full refund.
Article 9: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Client can settle the payment by:
-
Bank Card: Secure transaction via the payment provider Shopify Payments / Stripe.
-
Apple Pay: Via the secure digital wallet.
-
PayPal: Via their PayPal account or by card via the PayPal interface.
Transmitted information is encrypted (SSL) and cannot be read during transport on the network. The Seller never has access to the Client's complete banking details.
Article 10: Guarantees
The Seller is liable for lack of conformity of the good to the contract under the conditions of Article L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and for hidden defects of the thing sold under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
-
Legal Guarantee of Conformity: The client has a period of two years from the delivery of the good to act. They can choose between the repair or replacement of the good (subject to cost conditions provided for by Article L. 217-9).
-
Guarantee against Hidden Defects: The client may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold. In this hypothesis, they may choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price.
To exercise these guarantees, the Client must contact the Seller by e-mail with a photo of the observed defect.
Article 11: Claims

Address: 4, impasse Sauvignon, 17570 Saint-Augustin-sur-Mer, France

Telephone: +33 6 66 72 46 03
Article 12: Intellectual Property
Trademarks, products, images, videos, and texts on the site are the exclusive property of the Seller. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Article 13: Force Majeure
The execution of the seller's obligations is suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would prevent its execution.
Article 14: Applicable Law
All clauses appearing in these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale operations referred to therein, shall be subject to French law.
