Article 1: Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

All elements featuring on the site plaquestick.com (notably graphics, logos, sticker images, texts, icons) are the exclusive property of the company PlaqueStick.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, regardless of the means or process used, is strictly prohibited, unless prior written authorization is obtained from PlaqueStick. Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Article 2: Limitations of Liability

PlaqueStick cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the website plaquestick.com (bugs, display incompatibility). The site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites (partners, information). However, PlaqueStick does not have the possibility to verify the content of the sites thus visited and will consequently assume no liability for this fact.

Article 3: Retention of Title Clause

In accordance with Law no. 80-335 of May 12, 1980, products remain the exclusive property of the Company PlaqueStick until full payment of the price, in principal, costs, and taxes included. However, the transfer of risks of loss and deterioration of the products will take place upon delivery and receipt of said products by the Buyer.

Article 4: Personal Data Management

The user is informed that their data is collected for the proper functioning of the service. For more information on the management of personal data and the use of cookies (advertising pixels), the user is invited to refer to the site's Privacy Policy.

Article 5: Applicable Law

Any dispute in connection with the use of the site plaquestick.com is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts.
